Family and Friends around the country dined at Chili's Restaurants on Monday, September 24th as part of the "Create A Pepper" Campaign to wipe out children's cancer. 100% of proceeds that day at all Chili's Restaurants were donated to the Chili's Care Center which will open at St. Jude in November 2007 and will be home to the Brain Tumor Research Consortium.

Chili's raised over $7.2 million on September 24th, with all of this money going to St. Jude for cancer research.
